Had 2 a/c companies come for an estimate. Other company was not sure what was wrong with the central air. NH Ross sent Henry, he took his time and figured it out and really explained to me what the problem was. The tech that came to fix it, Vincent, went above and beyond to get it working perfectly. He even did some extra things to make the ac run swimmingly. I’m so happy with their work and honesty. What a wonderful company with the best employees.

Zachery was very knowledgeable and professional. I would use him anytime. My only negative comment was about the pricing structure. The approach by NH Ross is to provide a price for the job regardless of time, which in certain circumstances, can be excessive in lieu of an hourly price. I think they should provide both options. Other than that, they are a very professional firm
