RH Ross has been courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Every encounter, so far, has been refreshing. We had a 200 V electric panel installed and an updated water heater\gas heater installed. The day after installation, we noticed that one of the water heaters was dented. When I called that next day, they sent someone out and replaced it within 48-72 hours. Andrew, the service man/ installer, did a good job.
