We had Mike from Ross come today to look at our gas heating furnace which has had issues lately, including a water leak. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He took his time examining everything. I appreciated the questions he asked to help him diagnose the problem. He was a good communicator, explaining how the machinery worked and different possible issues. II’m a fairly new customer but all I know is when you and your 5 pound furbaby have no heat it’s a huge thing. Vincent diagnosed the problem and they went out to see if they could get the part . What I expected to hear is that we can get the part ...maybe Monday .... These guys were so kind and so sweet. They brought inside 2 large heaters for my pet and myself. Henry was ver honest with me and as a Costamar I Appreciate that he purity much told me your unit is garbage and needs to be replaced . I just wish when I had teck up there in the fall he told me its not going to last the winter . I do feel bad having then go up there when its 30 out but there going to do it thank NH ROSS
