Maddie solved the plumbing problem and was very good to work with.
EDIT: after this review, they worked it out with me. Bob came back the next day but the power came back itself, and they couldn't find what was wrong...so he told me to call next time it went out (which it did the following day). He came back and narrowed the problem down to a bedroom, and we replaced outlets on his recommendation. Haven't had a problem so far! Thank you, Lazer, for making this right with me. After calling dispatch was regularly updated on when Tech would arrive. Once onsite Jerry quickly provided a quote and got to work on fixing the tree damage to my house's electric feed. Work was completed within 2 hours and looked very professional. Would recommend and plan to use again next time I need electrical work performed.
