Jake was the technician that fixed my leaking pipe going into the water heater. He was very friendly and very prompt in his service and done in a timely manner. He even left my Steelers stuff alone despite them just beating up on his Vikings this week. Ha ha. He also explained everything very well in case it happens to be something else. Great job Jake!
We updated our kitchen and needed help with the electrical. Lazer was courteous, kept us informed as to when the workmen would be here and were respectful of our home. We also used them for a plumbing project in the kitchen the plumber was great! She updated our plumbing under the sink and was also courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. I'd recommend Lazer to anyone in need of electrical or plumbing help.

We had a hot water heater tank leaking. Jake was the technician that responded to our call for service. He gave us several options for the repair which called for the installation of a new water heater. After we selected the option that best suited us Jake installed a new tank. He was quick and efficient in installing it. He also pointed out issues that was needed to bring the plumbing of the tank up to the City code. Which he did and was included at no additional cost. Had a bit of an issue at first but Bob called me right away when he found out about the issue, and sent Cooksey (sorry if I misspelled the name) to double check the work that I felt was done in a rush to the previous situation.
