We had both lights not working in our laundry room. Jerry was very prompt and professional. It was an easy fix and we were just charged the service call which was to be expected. He explained the problem so in the future we will be more knowledgeable. Will do repeat business with them.
I needed several plumbing and electrical items fixed/replaced and saw the LaZer truck in my neighborhood... A company that could handle both! We had just purchased our new home, and one of the biggest drawbacks was the electrical hadn't been updated since the home was built in 1955. The old Pushmatic panel breakers would trip, and they wouldn't un-trip no matter what you would do. There also just wasn't any space left in the panel to really do what I wanted to do. We had a leaking kitchen faucet, bought a new one but it was more of a job than I could handle. My wife contacted a handyman who was very pleasant and gave it a valiant try but was unable to meet the challenge also. When he went to turn the water valves back on they leaked worse than the faucet. Wouldn't accept any payment. Then my wife began trying to find someone who could come right out until she found Lazer no one would come. Everything went as they said, called to say they were on their way, gave 3 or 4 options. I had Lazer Electric at my house to replace the panel in my basement and add a whole house surge protecter... While they were there, they did a quick inspection of the wires entering my house from the utility pole and found that the insulation around the wires were worn and cracked (not surprising as the wire was nearly 60 years old). They did the original work and replaced the hazardous wires. 5 STAR SERVICE....Hands down an amazing experience, but it's even more impressive when you can talk to an owner of the company and be told someone will be on site within a few hours. Then to the part that was mind-blowing power restored within hours after 2 stressful days of trying to find a solution.
