Had a different plumber out to fix our water heater, he broke a valve and left the unit leaking with an uncapped gas line hanging loose. I called S&D in a panic at 4pm hoping someone would at least be able to drain the unit and cap the gas line until we could get it replaced. Jason showed up and as soon as he heard what was going on practically ran into the attic to make sure we weren’t leaking gas and in danger. He very professionally talked through options and made recommendations without taking advantage of the stressful... read more
Garrett, and multiple techs before him have helped us now at two homes, everything from replacing a valve behind a shower to installing our plumbing fixtures in a new house to tunneling under and ripping our entire house, they provide good, prompt, and honest services, which is worth its wait in gold these days.
