RecommendedTrent came out to fix a garbage disposal and look at a toilet. Extremely polite person. The work he did was quick and showed us a couple of areas we might need to think about fixing in the near future. But not pushy or using the fear factor to push a sale. Just honest this is what is wrong, this is what could happen if you don’t fix in the future. Even offered to leave a bid so we would know how to budget for it

I paid a visit to S&D in Taylor the other day to do a mechanical inspection on a few trucks they are selling from their fleet. I have also been to just about every other plumbing company in the area for the same reason. What I noticed that was different about S&D is how well they take care of their trucks, how clean and organized their tool crib is, and how helpful the employees were.
