These guys are VERY thorough and respectful. Jason and his team have been out a couple of times to help us handle worn out cast iron pipes and have stayed late working in the rain to make sure the job was complete. These guys don't just check boxes, they make sure the work is done right. We have a major plumbing issue at our house that we have been battling with and had multiple companies out looking for the right people to tunnel under the foundation and replace the sewer line from the old cast iron. Supply valve (which was 30 years old) broke when we were disconnecting our washing machine. We needed to have fixed prior to our new washer arriving the next day. Called S&D Plumbing after lunch when the other company we had an appointment with called to say they could not make it that day. Four hours later Chris arrived to do the job. We wanted to replace the supply valve with ball valves which are easier to exercise and change if necessary. Outstanding scheduling, communication, diagnostics, and repair services. I am a lifelong DYIer, but called for help with an under slab leak beyond my skill set. They diagnosed the problem, made repairs (including my mistakes), tested the system and cleaned up in about 4 hours. Their bill was reasonable and less than I expected. Wish I had called them sooner. .

Great experience! Loved being able to schedule via text. Communication from office and technician was superb - very polite, friendly, knowledgeable. The technicians even went out of their way to make my skittish dogs more comfortable.
Overall experience was fantastic. The technician Jess Shaw was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I wish I would of found S & D Plumbing prior to this service, could of saved me money if I had. I would definitely use S & D Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
