On time, efficient and followed covid protocol.
I had 2 service calls from Willis One Hour. The first by Bob Bates, who identified a Freon leak in my evaporator coil, and the 2nd by Adam Slater who replaced the coil. Both covered by my service contract that I renew each year. The service contract easily saved me $1000, paid in full. I can not say enough about both technicians, both very professional and highly capable.I will stay with Willis as long as I am a homeowner.
