RecommendedAndrew was very knowledgeable, polite and did a great job checking our furnace. He explained what he did and signed me up for a preventative maintenance plan. I have been with One Hour for many years and have no plans of switching! Keep up the good work.
Andrew and Kevin went above and beyond during our maintenance check today. They found issues from our last contractor and repaired them and installed a air filtration system at the last part of service per our request. Kevin even went back to office to get one for our installation. There is a 90 day satisfaction return policy on it too. I’m hoping it helps us with allergies. Very happy customer.
Terry Neal was out to do the PM work as well as install a new Thermostat as my Nest has NEVER worked as advertised. He installed a Sensi and it is working GREAT. Did the PM work on the system and found the outside unit (heat pump) was making a loud buzzing sound. He explained that the points in the capacitor were corroded and out of spec with the -10% efficiency allowed and I authorized him to replace. Before he did the work, we would have to set the Nest to 75 just to get it to 72 and would literally take hours to warm the ... read more
