very helpful, they were able to squeeze me in during a busy time and (I believe it was) Jason? was extremely tenacious figuring out that my drainpipe had a second outflow that had completely grown over- preventing it from keeping up with all the recent rain! not your usual clog and I'm very happy he was able to figure out a simple solution to a big problem!
