Fred, Bob, Billy, and Steve had a new unit installed from removing the old to having the new in 6 hours They went over the new system top to bottom and left our house neat and clean The repair guys are very professional in work and manor It so happens that my system went out on the eve of snow and severe cold so just in case Steve had a One Hour staff deliver 4 portable heaters to our home yesterday for added protection if the ordered system didn’t come in the help during cold What a nice touch!! Called a different company for a tune up and was told my heat exchanger which is 2yr old was cracked and deemed it unusable and had a salesman on standby. I called 1hr because they did all previous service work for a second opinion. 1hr showed up in the morning and took the furnace apart and thoroughly inspected it and assured there are zero cracks and everything is working just fine. Saved me a ton of money.
I had to leave for an appt. and my older was here. When I left, we had heat upstairs, but not downstairs! When I came back our house was evenly heated. YAY! This matters on a very cold day! The price was exactly as what was quoted on the phone, and very reasonable.
My tech (Jason) was Great & On Time!! He asked a lot of questions about the noise I was hearing..trying to figure out what may be the problem. He even tried different things to my unit. Jason did not give up! But of course...as with a car making noises and you take it to the shop ...it purrs like a kitten...Just like my Heating unit did!! I always have Great Service 👍
