Tom was knowledgeable, honest and quick. He fixed our problem and gave tips on how to avoid the same issue in the future. He was even concerned about tracking dirt from our basement to the upstairs floor even though it's our dirt. (leaky basement problems) LOL. Thank you good sir for coming today.
