Professional and good pricing. knowledgable and courteous. I plan on getting a new air conditioner because Jorge was so great. My friend was over and she took a card from him because her colleague needs a new unit.
He came out the same day, a Sunday and went right to work with in minutes he found the problem diagnosed and fixed it. He also explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and what the cost would be.
Our A/C was making a noise whenever it kicked on. We called One Hour and Aidan Crump came out to the house. Within 10 minutes of his arrival he determined the issue and had us up and running like normal in another 20. He was also very informative and courteous and explained everything that was going on. Thanks!
