Been with 1 Hr. 16yrs. I am a club member. Bought new unit from them. If I call they are here ASAP. Adian was great. Found and fixed it.
Their scheduling process was not very good. Tried to get an appointment for a Saturday and was told a certain date but was scheduled for a different day🤦♀️. Service technician though was very polite and knowledgeable. Informed me that my unite was old and couldn’t Garantie that it would last through the summer since R22 coolant is not available anymore. Time to change out my units for sure ! Thank you 1 hour Air !

He came out the same day, a Sunday and went right to work with in minutes he found the problem diagnosed and fixed it. He also explained what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and what the cost would be.
