Who would ever expect an AC unit to take a break when the temp goes to 117 degrees in the shade? Me with sweat flowing down my face and and chest. I have used 1 Hour many times, and they are the real thing. The tec spent 15 minutes diag the problem, another 3 minutes repair, a signature, and out the door. That's service, that's One Hour.
they came out the same day. the techs were respectful and explained everything!Our AC was completely out. They scheduled replacement for the next day. we had been without air for a week and they did their best to expedite the replacement.

My AC compressor when down my House got so hot 🥵 my mom was not happy but thank goodness One Hr Air Condition was available they where able to sent a tech pretty quickly at least come me they came fast in about 45 min. Damian came out and was very professional truly enjoys helping fixing your ac did a great job thanks for saving us from this heat on 4th of July.
