Our thermostat stopped working at around 8pm 9/9/23. I called One Hour right away and Julie the dispatcher called me back and said I was priority and once Damian finished with his customer he would come to us. He came at 10:35pm and I was so happy that we could have a/c. He fixed the issue! Made some suggestions and I was so happy! Both Julie and Damian are awesome! Very professional, kind and really care! Highly recommend! So grateful!

Hey local LV/Henderson friends! On Thursday, the A/C unit in our casita (my mom’s place) totally crapped out!!!
