We had to wait a little longer for service this time, since it was the middle of summer and the company's busiest time of year. This was the second repair for the same problem with a replacement part that lasted just past the warranty period. Hopefully, this part will last longer, but was certainly not the fault of Memphis Ice. We have found their service folks to be well-trained and competent.

Any time our ice maker needs servicing and a quick call to Memphis Ice Machine Company is made, we know to expect a technician on site quickly, usually within a couple of hours. The technicians are knowledgeable and thorough in their inspection, cleaning, repair and clean-up. Their customer service is top notch and I would not hesitate to call on them when our unit is in need of service.

The Memphis Ice Machine Company repaired our ********* ice maker two years ago. The machine was on the blink, but has run like new since the repair. The service technician arrived as scheduled & not only completed the repairs, but did adjustments to the cabinet in which the ice maker is housed which corrected a problem opening and closing the door.
