We have two ice machines in our facilities and have done business with Memphis Ice for years. They have always done an excellent job taking care of us whether it was sales or service and have always been timely and through. Their documentation on service is excellent.

I had an issue with one of my ice machines. I called Memphis ********** had a repairman there the very next day. I needed a new machine, being the age of the *********** of repair. They had me quotes within the hour. **** called me back to make sure I had received the quote. Very nice group of people to deal with.
Memphis Ice Company serviced the ice machines in my schools cafeterias and did an excellent job!!

After we had a water boil in Memphis, we decided to have our ice machine serviced. Knowing full well everyone in Memphis was doing the same thing, I knew it would be at least a week before someone could get to us. The customer service rep was very professional and gave a reasonable timeline on when someone would be coming to do maintenance. We were surprised when the technician was at our office within a few days. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did what he came to do quickly.
