Called for service on ice machine and they were prompt to arrive and service our equipment. Explained in detail what services and repairs were needed to get unit back up and running. We have two ice machines in our facilities and have done business with Memphis Ice for years. They have always done an excellent job taking care of us whether it was sales or service and have always been timely and through. Their documentation on service is excellent.

I had an issue with one of my ice machines. I called Memphis ********** had a repairman there the very next day. I needed a new machine, being the age of the *********** of repair. They had me quotes within the hour. **** called me back to make sure I had received the quote. Very nice group of people to deal with.
Memphis Ice Company serviced the ice machines in my schools cafeterias and did an excellent job!!
