Professional installation of new outdoor faucet. Efficient. Very good job.
Overall clear and detailed in the approach to fixing the unit and HVAC.
I am using this company for my pest control needs and HVAC system. Their sales team and technicians do a tremendous job in terms of communicating with me through text, email, and phone. Also, they provide excellent service with quality and efficiency. I am very satisfied overall and will continue to use them in the future. In closing, I would like to make know three employees that have provided great service to me: Larry *******, David ****, and Diego ********.
The technician Jedd ******* did everything in his power to find the problem and solution to my ceiling fan not working. He was excellent in explaining the process to resolve the issue as well.
Andrew did electrical work in our bathroom. He did a great job. Very professional and his ability to the job to perfection as he did was extremely impressive.
Kitchen faucet had low flow rate. He disassembled the faucet and quickly found the problem. He replaced the part that was not functioning properly, and all is well now. Because John Moore Services had installed the faucet less than two years ago, the faucet was under warranty, and there was no charge.

What an experience. John Moore came out to diagnose my problem and figured it out in minutes. End up being a new pressure valve that I installed causing me the issues. He told me to remove it and problem solved. If I ever have any electrical or plumbing, I am calling John Moore
