Our technician Mr.Gonzalo was amazing. He was Professional, informative and helpful on making the right decision for us. He spent the time explaining the situation we had and different solutions. There was no pressure on making a decision, it was simple and easy. This is our second time using John Moore and it was the right decision, definitely recommend to anyone for home repairs.
In an attempt to fix a leak behind the wall of one of our showers, John Moore personnel (Christian L****and Enoch G****) were first rate in identifying the problem, coordinating with the Entrusted mediation services and then replacing the leaking shower mechanism. Great on communication and coordination
It was a nice experience working with the gentleman, I did not even get a chance to ask his name. He got an assessment of the work quickly, was able to provide estimates for all the work needed, answered all my questions and the options possible that gave me a clear picture of tasks and expenditure involved. Very very courteous.

He was extremely professional and spoke highly intelligently about what happened and what he needed to do to repair my home electrical problems I was experiencing.
