We had issues with several small gas leaks in the house. We called John Moore to come out. Troy Watts came out pretty quick. He went out of his way to explain what it would take to fix all the issues we had with the gas lines to my wife's mother 90 year old who is still pretty sharp, but she questions everything repeatedly. Troy sat there and patiently answered they question even if it had been asked 3 or 4 times already. John Moore installed an attic door/ladder replacement for the old one we had (that was installed when be bought our home over 20 years ago). The guys did an outstanding job, were very professional, and courteous and efficient! They took out the old attic door/ladder, replaced it with a new one, then cleaned up after themselves. We are glad we chose this company to do this job and highly recommend their work!

HVAC Tech, Donta ****** arrived on time, introduced himself, explained visit's purpose, and what the visit consisted of. He asked permission to walk through my home to count air vents, then thoroughly explained his findings, as well as, my options of having the work completed.
