Our unit is 16 years old and I loved ask the different options we were given to make a decision. Very professional and patient with us. He explained everything and showed us pictures to make sure we understood everything.

I highly recommend John Moire services after doing my homework & interviewing several large companies , I was easily convinced that John Moore holds up his company name . I would say if you are lucky enough to get Mr. Larry Thurman who had the patience & knowledge of the entire process you will be truly blessed . I don’t want to leave out the 2 young men,. Alberto V**** did a great job. Very professional. Answered all our questions. Very efficient and neat. Protected property. Worked none stop. Thankful we have air on a day temps got up to 100 degrees.
Rey G******** was on time and extremely attentive to what the problem was, and the solutions that were available to me. Then Rey step me through the different solutions and allowed me the time to make my decision. Even though it wasn’t the most pleasant problem to deal with, Rey made it easier and and his explanation was succinct.
Great service and communication. Their technicians always provided a detailed explanation of issues and take the time to educate us along the way.
