Our water heater went out on Friday evening, and we made a call to a service company we used in the past. They gave us a 6-hour appointment window on Saturday (noon to 6). I called at 7 pm and they said they were running behind, but we were still on the schedule. At 11 pm we were woken by a call from their service tech wanting to know if we still needed a quote. John Daniels showed up on time, listened to our concerns related to a water leak and then diagnosed the problem and how to repair the problem. John was very professional and knowledgeable and got the process of repair moving quickly. My second experience with John Moore and both have been great.
