Our tech was Johnny a new tech with John Moore but with more than 14 years experience with the HVAC systems. He was just wonderful! Johnny was thorough and answered all of our question and even broke down explanations so we understood completely. We will be sure to request for his assistance. We our excited to have John Moore take over our termite service next. We love John Moore!
