I had John Moore come to my home today to service my furnace. The experience was very pleasant, and everything was completed within the four hour window. Trent Melta, was the service tech, and he was very thorough with the inspection. Trent was also extremely helpful and pleasant to have working in my home. I’ve used John Moore Services for 1 HVAC and 2 plumbing services. All of the technicians were friendly and professional. They are more expensive than other firms but you can be assured the repairs will be done correctly.

Phenomenal service. Very impressed with Rey *********the project manager who came out to give us our estimate for a broken valve and pipe repair. He went the extra mile in getting us scheduled earlier than first told. Very wonderful company to work with!!

Prompt service under duress conditions. Technician provided alternatives to correct plumbing issue and was accommodating to customer suggestions to correct issue. Outfit is at the end price wise but service is complete, prompt and comes with a reasonable warrante to insure it gets done right

Trent has Excellent personable skills best and best patience to explain so much to us we are so happy to have had the pleasure to have Trent explain all we needed to know to make our decision we are in need of insulation for our home i am going with John Moore because of the remarkable work they have always done for us why waste precious time when one call does it all and know you will be completely satisfied ******* s
