I called John Moore due to my heater not working. They sent someone out that night! Johnathan showed up and was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me he would come back the next day with the part as it was after 6pm. He called the next day to say the part needed to be ordered and was very responsive in keeping me informed until he could repair the heater. Great company with awesome employees and customer service!!! Highly recommended!!
I had John Moore come to my home today to service my furnace. The experience was very pleasant, and everything was completed within the four hour window. Trent Melta, was the service tech, and he was very thorough with the inspection. Trent was also extremely helpful and pleasant to have working in my home.
