RecommendedWe had Ethan and Derek along with a couple of their assistants to take care of some confusing electrical issues in our remodel. Once there, they fixed the issue and exposed a very dangerous charring on our electrical panel. They replaced it within the week with excellent service and took the time to walk through the house and answer all of our questions. Highly recommend these two!!
Ian with Chesapeake Electric was awesome! He was on time, polite, professional and efficient. He even called ahead to give me his expected arrival time. He replaced a circuit on the electrical panel, sealed the wiring coming from outside into the house, and replaced a light fixture. He explained everything clearly before, during and after his work and answered my questions. He took his time to explain the items that needed to be fixed and suggestions for safety upgrades. While I'm sure that Chesapeake Electric is excellent at what they do, I want to single out Jimmy for his attention and patience he showed to my 93 yo old, almost deaf and blind father! Jimmy stayed in contact about his arrival time, what he was doing and guided my dad through the vagaries of modern day functions for switches and remote controls! He was punctual, friendly and quick.
