The technician was excellent. The price for the replacement of an exterior faucet was a bit expensive.
Amy was great at scheduling ad keeping me informed. Andre was not only a skilled plumber but was very personable, offered me options, took photos of the work, and even befriended our barking litte dog!

Jamie our plumber arrived right on time & very efficiently performed three jobs for us. These included replacing a kitchen disposal, installing a vanity water faucet, flushing the water heater. He patiently explained each task and stayed until all were completed. We were so pleased we've entered into a service contract with Beacon Home Services.
