Plumber was on time and very knowledgeable. Was able to find the leaks and recommended the necessary fix.
Tech was amazing. Super friendly. Explained everything before starting the work and then showed every step to ensure we knew the work was being done correctly and with quality we expected. Call Center was also on top of keeping me notified on my tech?s arrival eta. Highly recommend Beacon Home Services.

He explained everything really well and provided an even better solution to my issue than I expected in order to help prevent future problems. The work was a bit more costly than I expected, but the peace of mind and confidence in the workmanship was worth it.
Recommendation after analyzing the low pressure on kitchen faucet was to replace the entire faucet. We went with the recommendation at a very high price point. After installation, we were able to repair the existing faucet for fracture of the cost quoted if we chose to repair the original faucet.
Arrived on time. Courteous. Good job. Way is overpriced.
