Plumber was on time and very knowledgeable. Was able to find the leaks and recommended the necessary fix.
Tech was amazing. Super friendly. Explained everything before starting the work and then showed every step to ensure we knew the work was being done correctly and with quality we expected. Call Center was also on top of keeping me notified on my tech?s arrival eta. Highly recommend Beacon Home Services.
Tyriece was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything really well and provided an even better solution to my issue than I expected in order to help prevent future problems. The work was a bit more costly than I expected, but the peace of mind and confidence in the workmanship was worth it.
Recommendation after analyzing the low pressure on kitchen faucet was to replace the entire faucet. We went with the recommendation at a very high price point. After installation, we were able to repair the existing faucet for fracture of the cost quoted if we chose to repair the original faucet.
Arrived on time. Courteous. Good job. Way is overpriced.

Beacon did an exceptional job. Customer service from scheduling to billing was very good. They had to reschedule this job 2x, but were prompt with updates and owned the issue. Things happen. Customer Service would have been a 5, had it not been for the delays. but again they handled it very well. My biggest gripe is, it was about 2x as expensive as I thought it would be. I did not ask for an estimate up front. I made a ballpark assumption of what it would cost.
