Had a bad experience with another "major" A/C company so was trying to be careful in choosing another one. Have been using Air Specialist for several years now and am very happy with their service on my yearly tune-up visits. Getting ready to install new unit along with duct work and per other opinions have gotten a fair price. Looking forward to no worries on my A/C for awhile :)

Have used them since 2003. Good service. Prompt, Fare prices . Have never had a negative experience with any of the technicians. Would recommend this company

Since I had my units installed the service has been excellent. I have a 10 year warranty and Air Specialist has honored the warranty on every occasion. When I contact them for repair they schedule an appointment quickly. Getting an experienced technician is the key.

Best service I have had from an air-conditioning company.I used them because I had been told I had a refrigerant loss from a coil which need to be replaced and that is why the system was not cooling properly. Because I was skeptical they gave me a second opinion and determined my problem was a blocked drain line and the cut off switch was intermittently activating to cut off the system .

In March of 2021 Air Specialist installed a Daikin Minisplit in a room where I have lots of computers. It wasn't even 18 months later that the unit dumped water inside on my computer rack! I had purchased a 12 year warranty at the time of installation. When I called Air Specialist and told them what occurred they quoted me $800 for a maintenance call because labor was not included in my warranty. My very elderly mother purchased the Air Specialist AC/Heat system in 2018 with 5 year warranty. After installation they DID NOT pass Inspection. That was the first RED Flag. Second inspection passed. The first 2-yrs all was well except for some condensation issues which may have been related to installation. In 8/2022 a UV Light in attic was installed for $435. I have been foolish to invest in two *****Units from Air Specialist. They provide you with a ten year warranty. However, the additional yearly maintenance agreements that you pay for only provides spot checks to keep the system running. If something needs to be repaired the technicians do nothing. In ten years both of my systems need to be replaced. It was a waste of money. Don't believe the fast talk from Management and the deception of the technicians. This is not a company to trusted!
