We were replacing a 20+ year old water heater in our attic. Absolute did not come to our home to look at our situation. The day of the job, they told us the water heater would not fit through our attic opening and our only option was to enlarge the attic opening. We were not interested in enlarging the attic opening and cancelled the job. We were charged for the $150 permit. Swapped a value for our fridge ice maker, but in doing so they knocked a hole in our guest bathroom sheet rock which had just been painted. We got the sheet rock repaired, and to cover us for this expense. They fixed a leaky facet in the front yard. Now less they a 9 months later the facet ruptured and to find out they only warranty their work for 45 days? DO NOT RECOMMEND.
