I was so surprised to be able to book a same-day appointment when I went online. And then I received a phone call from customer service to go over the details of my request and a phone call from the owner saying they could come earlier than the appointment time. The pick up went smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. What’s also nice is that this company donates, if possible, items that are picked up. I will definitely use them in the future.
