When our siding contractors reinstalled all of our electrical boxes and outlets, the thing started shorting out, that is when we called InPhase. Joe was able to locate major issues on the contractor's work. He brought everything up to code. Joe was extremely thorough. He went through every detail, with us, then with our siding foreman, and again with the company owner. Joe stopped by March 26, 2020. We had asked In Phase to remedy a double tap in our control panel which was called to our attention during a pre-listing home inspection. In December of 2019, In Phase did an electrical system safety inspection and the double tap was not called out in the report. This is understandable as all electrical was still up to code per our control panel. In Phase dropped the dispatch charge and Joe not only fixed the double tap called out in our home inspection, he noticed and fixed a second double tap... read more
