Technician arrived during time that was scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Checked my system to make sure it was ready for the season - explained everything that he did and answered my questions.
So quick to respond on such a hot day! Listened to me about what was going on instead of just doing whatever they wanted like other contractors have done in the past. I appreciate being listened to. Difficult to come by as a woman. Terry has my vote!!
