First of all, knowing who to expect to come to my home was helpful. A text msg was sent sent with a photo of the technician and it was one I had had before. With the virus, he was masked and social distanced. Very thorough, explained new products and performed a good service job on my furnace. Have always had good service from One Hour and glad to know it continues. Bobby was the technician’s name.

Tyler arrived in-time for the furnace inspection. He advised me of all of the test statistics and checked the humidifier. During the service a leak was noted at the condenser trap. Not being familiar with the servicing requirement, he called his Supervisor for direction. After cleaning out the trap, it was determined that a replacement trap was required.
