RecommendedThey worked me in to come same day. The technician, Jason, was excellent. We had another electrical issue going on while he was trying to service air conditioner. Had to get Duke Energy involved. Between the help of Jason and Duke Energy they figured out the problem, and now have company, Mr. Sparky involved. Hopefully, by Wednesday/Thursday air conditioner and electrical issues should be solved.
Tom(the first service person to look over my air conditioner troubles) and Scott(The person to make an estimate on my new air conditioning unit ) were both very dependable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient! felt very confident with their services!
