This company originally replaced old AC systems in 2013. It that time 3 technicians arrived and installed complete system in (what I consider) record time. Since than we called them 2x with factory warranty. Each time someone answered right away even after hours. The tech arrived the next day, fixed in the short time. Highly recommend the company.
Zach Austin was my technician, and did an outstanding job. He explained exactly what the issues are, and took action to get them resolved as quickly as possible. And, he’s just a good guy, in general. I would recommend him, and One Hour, to any of my friends/family.
