One Hour was the second company I called - first one didn’t feel right but Todd at one hour was fabulous - he took time to educate me - he didn’t try to up sell me on anything and the price seemed more than fair without my asking for a discount. And most importantly I feel he did a fantastic job! Plus they were at my house 1 hour after my initial call.
The technician (Rob) was professional, kind and helpful. And Eddie, as Service Specialist, did an excellent job! He was very professional, attentive, honest and friendly. He clarified all my doubts and gave me solution options.
