RecommendedSam was my service representative from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Sam quickly performed all troubleshooting work needed to identify why my AC unit was not operating as intended and corrected the issue within 45 minutes of arriving. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He also looked over the unit to ensure there were no other underlying issues. Overall, I am very pleased with the work conducted by Sam and One Hour Air Conditioning. I highly recommend their service!
This company is amazing. The techs I’ve had come out have ALL been great! They send a text with a photo of who’s coming which is awesome!! I won’t call any other company after my experiences with this service. I definitely recommend them and once you do use their service you won’t want to call anyone else!

Manny was the technician who checked out my duct work. I was impressed with his thoroughness and honesty. He told me everything was fine and nothing needed replacing. As I wouldn’t have climbed in the attic he could gave told me otherwise and I would have believed him. So the honesty really made me feel confident about using the company anytime I have a problem.
Well as if now, I am not through someone else is coming out. I am told that if I don’t get a new unit one hour will be out about every month. Although our unit is over 9 years old, the only problem we have had with it was a couple of capacitors going out. They were replaced and it worked fine until Sunday.
Elton was so helpful, very patient in explaining things to both my husband and I and overall we are very satisfied with our experience!
