I let her know that we are okay for the evening, and asked if they had any available times the next day. Perfect! 8:00 Eric Benedict shows up, and was able to quickly find the problem. Great customer service! Woke up at 7:30 AM to an 82° and humid house; sometime during the night the A/C had stopped working, so I called shortly before 8:00 AM. The person who took my call was personable and courteous, and understood the situation. Alex Menendez arrived at about 10:30 AM and immediately started working. He diagnosed the problem quickly; a capacitor had failed, he had the part in his van, replaced it, and by 11:00 AM we had cool, dry air blowing into the house.
