They do a great job. We have used the company for many years since moving to Naples, for regular semi-annual check-ups. We recently had a new Carrier unit installed and the techs were great, in spite of working in the blistering heat for hours! No complaints.
I just had the pleasure of working with Gabriel, an exceptional employee. He was so helpful and quick with the maintenance he performed. He then went above and beyond helping me with a small tech problem, from when he had to shut off the power momentarily. What a great young man. He has been to my house before and I like the fact that I see a familiar face. I would highly recommend One Hour to anyone that needs service!
