I appreciate that One Hour sent a technician the next day to check on my furnace after the thermostat showed an alert to check the furnace. Technician, Drew Mendon, was able to find the problem, temporarily fixed it to make it operate safely and ordered a replacement part to replace the faulty part right away. One Hour has been servicing my furnace for over ten years and so far they have been sending technicians who are courteous, professional, respectful, and most of all knowledgeable of their trade.
