The technician arrived to my home in less than an hour. Aidan was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He didn’t seem to mind me watching him troubleshoot the central AC unit and answered my basic questions. Aidan explained what had gone wrong and how it was going to be fixed. Luckily, the job wasn’t major and AC was fixed in less than an hour. I was glad someone was available to service our AC on a Saturday evening on Labor Day weekend. I would strongly recommend this company.
