Jaime Renteria was every friendly and knowledgeable about our air condition units. He listened to what I had to say about the trouble I was having with the unit. He had to fix the unit in the pouring rain. He also let me know that my warranty would cover the repairs as well as when our warranty would expire and how often I should have my units serviced.
