Jaime was excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend One Hour. Ive always been impressed with their service. I purchased my HBAC unit from them and paid for the biannual service inspection every year. It has probably saved me from needing another new unit for several more years.
Alvin came to my house and my mothers house for annual furnace checks. He made some repairs on my mothers furnace. He was friendly and professional and explained along the way everything he was doing. He is certainly an asset to your company.
