Mister Sparky came out the same day that I called. Mason was prompt, he explained everything to me and provided options. He completed the repairs quickly, cleaned up and I continued on with my day. He came in wearing a mask without me having to ask, and I appreciated that.
Jonathan Hernandez was very helpful, diligent and considerate. He listened to ask my concerns and requests and formulated a plan that considered esthetics, and budget. Very knowledgeable and would request to work with him exclusively going forward.
He did a good job and he was very nice. The cost was very expensive. Saying that I don't think I 'd call Mister Sparky again.
My smoke and carbon monoxide detectors went off early one morning. I couldn't get them to stop beeping because one needed replacement. I called Mr Sparky and they were there within and hour. Marcus was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommended him.
