Unless you like dishonesty from the very first person you talk to, go somewhere else. I called Maglish on Monday last week and spoke with Tiffany about getting an estimate for some repairs that were needed in my home. I told her I needed the duct work fixed and that my uncle said that a thermo coupler was out on my furnace and that I needed an estimate on repairs. This company bid on our project months ago, their work is suppose to start now and they call and back out of the job this morning putting us in a major bind during high volume building season! Who does that!! I guess they must have it like that that they can lose out on substantial revenue, so I will be sure to let anyone I know that needs the service they claim to provide to stay away from them. No excuses, bad business practice!

I contacted them about 2 months ago. I knew the job for them would be big and would take a while. They called me back right away at first and for the first few weeks I never had an issue getting hold of my technician. After that, things went down hill fast. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, I called and left a message with my tech. He called next day, only to tell me he was busy, looking into my problem though, and would call me the next day with a better update.
