Carlos went above and beyond to help us when snow uncovered a skylight that needed replacing!! He was up on the roof in the snow and ice and replaced the whole skylight!! Then he even fixed our downspout on the gutter that wasn’t even remotely related to our skylight issue!! He was so polite and helpful!! He found the problem and had everything fixed in about 3 hours that included a trip to Home Depot to purchase the skylight. All the people I talked to at the office were amazing too! Thanks Ashley for everything!!

They called me the day before to let me know they were coming. He was on time. Very respectful and very kind. He answered all my questions and I had quite a few. I felt he was quite honest. I highly recommend guardian home. He educated me a lot about my roof. Which I really appreciate it! He spent a lot of time in my attic looking over the situation and time on my roof. Took pictures of everything and was able to show me what was going on.
