Alec at S&D plumbing is a man I would be proud to represent my company. I've had two MAJOR plumbing issues at my house within a 6 month period. He demonstrated attention to detail and direct clear communication that made my wife and I feel so much better during a really hard situation, TWICE. This recent incident involved him coming out late on a Friday night as an emergency and continuing to work till late into the night digging by hand 5ft into hard soil and rock along with another coworker. I called midday this past Saturday to have some plumbing issues corrected from a kitchen remodel that was completed the day before. Zoe who answered the phone was very helpful and worked me in with a same day appointment. Grant called a bit later and said that he was able to come earlier than scheduled and wanted to know if that was OK. I said it was and he promptly arrived within 15 minutes. We have always called S&D Plumbing for our plumbing needs regardless what the problem !! Our Water heater went out on Saturday November 28th in the afternoon! I called S&D and Chris, Kyle and JR arrived around 5pm and had the new water Heater installed and left around 8:30pm. They completed the work and cleaned up!!
