Mike Woods was lead on the plumbing project with help of two others. Superior job locating and repairing pipe leak in a wall. Mike and others were efficient, considerate and reasonably priced. Would welcome them in my home again.

Mike came and evaluated our drain in the basement, all cast iron, with metal sediment pooling in the drain to the sewer line. We had a lengthy discussion about chasing problems versus replacing the full line to where the prior homeowner replaced in 2015. We opted to not have to excavate our basement twice and fix the full sewer. Mike monitored the crew, answered any questions we had along the way. Great company to work with - outstanding customer service and knowledge of plumbing. Eric found the problem right away and fixed it like it was new, He went out and bought me a filter for my HVAC and another part for my toilet - now they both work exceptionally well. I had a large flower pot on my front porch that I couldn't lift and he lifted and moved it for me. Yes, I would definitely hire them again.
Very expensive. They are taking advantage of the shortage of workers. Cost over 1k for 1 hour of work with materials about 200.
We had a garbage disposal breakdown with attendant water issues. Benjamin Franklin came out the first thing the next day and resolved our issues. The technician even came back the same day to explain something I didn?t understand. They are awesome.
